The Importance of Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is an awareness of personal value, strengths and limits. It begins to develop when a child is very young and builds throughout their life. Self-esteem makes it easier for a child to set objectives. It also makes them more determined when they do their homework and take part in activities at school.
